Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Supplier Identification

The goods covered by these general conditions are offered for sale by BEAUTY DEF S.R.L., headquartered at Viale Montello 7, 20154 Milan, VAT ID 08968280969, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.

2. Object of the Contract

With this contract, the supplier sells and the buyer purchases remotely via telematic tools the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the site. The products are intended for both consumers (B2C) and professionals (B2B).

3. Prices and Shipping

All sales prices of the products deemed inclusive of VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated at the conclusion of the purchase process.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer (if a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging.

5. Legal Guarantee

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity currently in force. The guarantee applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided the product itself is used correctly.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Supplier assumes no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. The Supplier is not responsible for the improper use of the cosmetic products sold.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of this contract:
- If the Client is a consumer, territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the consumer's place of residence.
- If the Client is a professional, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Milan.

8. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to Art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the user is informed that in case of dispute they may file a complaint via the EU ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
